Executive Committee has scheduled State of the State Meeting on February 12 th, Sunday, 1:30 PM-3 PM ,Cultural Center Auditorium and
all members are requested to attend including BOT,BOD,and BOG Members
and all committees. Temple is required to hold the State of the State
Meeting as per Constitution to present an overview of programs and
priorities, budget for 2012 and introduce newly Elected Officers and
Chairmen of various Committees, There will be light refreshments,
coffee.tea following the meeting.
BOT and BOD 2012 Updates
Board of Trustees (BOT) held their First meeting on January 1 and elected following officers for 2012:
Chairman: M.R.Balakrishna
Vice Chairman: Govinda Rao
Treasurer: Puushotham Bangalore
Jt. Treasurer: P.R. Subramaniam
Secretary: Ved Shravah
Membership Secretary: Shanta Nair
Chairmen
of other committees will be decided soon. First News letter will be
sent by third week of January which will have details and programs and
priorities for 2012
We plan to send Statement of Contributions by January 30th.
Hindu Cultural Center Board of Directors (BOD) elected the following office bearers for the year 2012:
Co-Chairs: Shashi Patel and Swatantra Mitta
Secretary: Ram Lalukota
Treasurer: Rasik Shah
Facilities Chair: Sury Putta
The Board decided to co-opt Jayanth Kumar as an honorary member.
